How to set the scale in the plan view for accurate measurement?
In the plan view, you can measure accurately within a plan or a model, provided that the measuring tool is calibrated correctly.
Open the desired file and click on the "Measuring " button (1.). Then open the measuring tool by clicking on the "Measure tool " (2.).

Now start the calibration by clicking on the Calibration icon.

Now select 2 points of which you know exactly how far apart they are. When you have selected 2 points, a new window opens in which you can specify the distance of the 2 points. Pay attention to the correct unit of measurement. Then click on the "Calibrate" button.

Now you have successfully completed the calibration and can start measuring at any point in your plan or model.

Info: If you measure diagonally, the corresponding X and Y axes are also displayed.
