What kind of file name schemes can I configure?
Note: You must be a project admin to make these settings. What can project admins do?
Attention: The settings you make when configuring the file names apply to the whole project.
You want to configure which scheme smino should use to recognize the files you upload? To do this, click Project Settings (1.) in the menu, then scroll down to the "File Name Configuration" section and select the Edit button (2.).
It can be customized whether the version info is before the first, or after the last character (1.) and which character you want to use. Possible characters are bottom line, space or hyphen (2.). After you have made your selection, click the Save button (3.).
Information: It is important to know that it is advisable to agree on a schema as early as possible in a project and not to adjust it afterwards. If the schema is changed during an ongoing project, new documents/plans may not update the same files as before.
