Why can't I create print jobs?
If you find that you do not have the ability to create print jobs, it is either because the print shop options have not yet been configured or because your organization has not yet been added to the organizations that are allowed to order to the global billing address.
Note: To set the printing options and change the billing address, you must be a project admin => What can project admins do?
Click Project Settings (1.) and then in the "Printer Options" section click the Edit button (2.).
A new window will open where you can specify the printing company (1.) as well as its Branch (2.). Furthermore, you can define here whether all organizations pay for their print jobs themselves (3.) or a global billing address for selected organizations (4.). If you choose the global billing address option, you can add organizations that are allowed to order to the global billing address in the search field below (yellow highlighted area). Finally, confirm your entries by clicking the Save button (5.).
