How do I create a defect?

A defect can be created in the same way as a task. Note to change the type to deficiency.

Note: The defect just created can now be added to the inspection in the mobile version with a click on the + Existing Defects button.

Create defect directly over a plan:

Navigate to Files (1.) and open the desired plan. Then click in the preview on the position in the plan where the deficiency is located. Then you can click on the checkmark icon (2.).

The dialog box appears analogous to creating a task, with the difference that now you see the plan marker.
